The 62nd edition of the Yecla Furniture Fair, Spain’s oldest furniture fair, took place in May 2024. CETEM, the Spanish furniture technology center, participated by showcasing their stand dedicated to green transition in the habitat sector. CETEM showcase the solutions it is developing to address two important aspects related to the circular economy: the recycling of polyurethane foams and the management of plastic waste generated during the production of additive manufacturing prototypes, thus reflecting its commitment to sustainability and technological innovation.
During the four days, the “CETEM projects area” presented the TechGrow project with the exhibition of a video that presents the most important aspects of the project and expected results, to create awareness on the importance and benefits of implementing systematic technological watch strategies. Moreover, project leaflets were available for any interested, as well as personalized information provided by its technicians.
