An Erasmus+ project
Techgrow is a project of the Vocational Education and Training area of the Erasmus+ program oriented to improve access and knowledge on technological watch processes to European traditional manufacturing industry, with the final aim of boosting the implementation of innovative processes.

Companies in traditional manufacturing sectors recognize the importance of monitoring the business environment to stay abreast of state-of-the-art trends, prepare for market changes, and foster innovation processes.
85% of companies in traditional sectors investing in research and development have superior economic performance.
75% of companies in manufacturing sectors consider technology watch as a strategic priority for their future development and competitiveness.
50% of SMEs have implemented some form of technology watch system in the last five years.

Practical training resources and innovative digital tools for systematic technology watch processes.
Information audit and recommendations guides to o facilitate learning and future transference to other industry sectors.
Implementation of a systematic technology watch process on the selected manufacturing sectors, that will allow to show results through information platforms to any interested company.
Partners
The consortium is comprised by organisations representing the addressed sector and with extensive experience in vocational training and technology watch.
